In our work, we aim to close the gap between our agency/brand HQ ivory towers and the reality of people around the country, finding real truths to inspire more resonant ideas.
Ethnographic Research, aka being “in the field” is additive to other consumer research methods. It fills in gaps about our audiences with texture, nuance, and reality.
